How to convert into source directory?

Hi Guys,

I just created a link to nconvert:
"C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\username\Desktop\Nconvert-win\XnView\nconvert.exe" -out jpeg -o "$%_800x600.jpg" -resize 800 600 %1

Now I drag and drop images onto the link and want to create the converted image into to source directory. I thought I can do this with -o "$%_800x600.jpg" but it doesn't seem to work. I stell get the images in the folder where the link is located.

Can anyone help me please?
