Cleanup duplicates time!

Delete ALL *.hfp files from "C:\Program Files\XnView\8bf\Harrys Filter"
Don't worry the real ones are in "C:\Program Files\XnView\8bf\Harrys Filter\Presets"

Sigh, I need to rebuild my RAR SFX installers again :)
