Plugin(s) toolbar button(s)

For Viewer and Browser. Perhaps a special sub-menu mini-button is not needed, there could be just a normal button and that would be working as a menu with the list of all plugins.

Possibility to assign a toolbar button for each plugin would be also very useful, for viewer and browser.
