Req More Generic Toolbar Icons!

I'd like to see, "Effects", "Export" and "Import Clipboard" generic icons for toolbar.
Do other XnView users feel the same or is it just me?

• Personally, I added only an extra icon for “Import Clipboard” -that I use a lot- among the functions you quote…

- That you wish means to fire three icons for other functions in the basic current main bitmap, and all skins to remake.
But the compatibility with old versions is kept for all other icons.
- Whether the bitmap'ld be enlarged by three icons, then same, all bitmaps to upgrade, and maybe a broken compatibility…
- It's still the same issue : The most designers don't provide a minimal set of matching extra-icons for their skins (I do, but …)
- With such a set, we could have the three icons you wish as pre-installed when installing the programme
- assuming that we would have a decent default INI and a standard convenient location for the folder of the extra-icons…
… having a variable %XNVIEW_PATH% should help at this.
- In TC, we can install an icon for anything within one minute, and remove any one within one second, add bars at will…
It's far to be the same in XnView, we miss a convenient internal commands manager etc.
- I appreciated the Pierre's efforts to add the extra-icons function -this wasn't a piece of cake to get and test
- But the basic bitmap is an old feature which prevents to change the default tool-bar easily and in a quite flexible way.

• Hence, IMHO you would have simply to draw the missing icons for your favourite skin, and add them,
like described in our Manual…
