... I don't get how to edit IPTC or set the options for converting files - the context menue only shows the thumb, a "convert to"-dropdown menu, a "set as background image" option and an "options"-dropdown menu which offers the possibility to set the language and set the size, quality and orientation of the thumb :-( Do I miss something? (Sytem: Windows2000)

Thanks
Frank

Try to reboot. If you have a sub menu option, so you have the old version...

... thanks, now it works.
It seems to work alright, but Olympus RAW Files are resized to half resolution. And although I changed language to German, the entry "convert" still appears in English.
Best wishes

:) Hello !

• You may complete the German section, since there is a LNG text-file ! :D
- So, something like :

113=Umwandeln…

or so, the German and me… ;) You have also 224=Convertir (in French…)

I have no pending request for translation. Did I miss something?

Incomplete, O yea !

Post by Clo »

:arrow: helmut

• Hello !

• I checked the sections in the <XnViewShellExt.lng> file, only the English and French ones seem complete currently.
In example :
[en] = 74 entries, [en-str] = 56 entries.
- Same in French (with a bunch of corrections to do…).

- All other sections are pretty incomplete… :|

Thank you for your explanation. Pierre has never asked me to translate anything, this is why there is no German translation. I guess it's the same with all the other translations. :-|

@Pierre: Could you please clarify? How much time do translators have for translating the XnView Shell Ext 2.0 strings?
