Create resized images and thumbs at the same time

I have searched and I can not find a solution for this, so if there is one, I apologize.

It will be nice if when you were to resize an image (for a slide show) you could create the thumbs at the same time that the resized image was being created and to have a naming option to rename the file as it is being converted.

i.e. image0023.jpg, I want to convert it to a 640x480 image and a 75x56 thumb and at the same time rename the image to, let's say, 1.jpg.

It will be nice if there was an option when resizing to be able to select two different folders one for the regular image and one for the thumbs. After the image is resized and renamed, the respective sized image will be copied to the respective folder using the new name.

Already requested, but some users want to have 2 or 3 different size.
How to do that in the 'batch process' dialog??? Add 3 output edit box?
