summary: selection rectangle improvements

darkening outside of selection area
selection snapping to border/other color
selection rectangle scrolls picture when outside of screen
copy/paste not stretched in rectangle when pasting

and i also would like to have a manual choosing of the selection size like "make selection 1680x1050" or "make selction custom size" where i can freely enter the x/y pixels like 200x150 ..

• It's already possible to set a customized selection and to save it, please give a glance HERE
• But :
1. That's not obvious…
2. A dialogue allowing to save several custom selections in the INI (or any special text file) should be better, no doubt.

it does not work here 1.92.1.
i select 1680x1050 save selection as custom.
open another picture saved selection the selection is always completely different?

then i read about both is saved ratio & size! confusing.
but after setting ratio to FREE and saving 1680x1050 it again does not work! ...

and i would prefer to have a field to enter the values manually,
like in the resize dialog. and also the menu doesnt show the size of the saved selection?..

another suggestion/fix that drives me crazy,
when selecting e.g. 1680x1050 in a big picture i almost NEVER get the 1050, never. always like 1049 and 1051 but never the round count (for this i have to zoom 3 times always,then it works..).
can you please fix this at all full numbers. thx

It has a more limited purpose (print size) than anyone might expect when seeing it in menu.
