Undo/Redo - Buggy?

Post by helmut »

Few days ago I have tried the multilevel undo and redo a bit. When playing with it, XnView 1.93 B2 crashed twice with a GPF.

Now, I cannot reproduce the problem. Does anyone else experience problems with Undo/Redo?

• Hi !

• I tested some images ~ 400×500 pixels PNGs with various functions (canvas resize, effects, adjust…)
and it works fine here currently for 3… 5 levels deep.
- I'll test again from time to time, “in the case”…

Thanks, Clo. I've used one of my JPG photos (~2000 x 1700px) and from what I can remember I did some cropping, some colour/lightness correction and then used the multi undo and redo. Once XnView had a GPF when closing the image and once when exiting.

Do you have a way to reproduce it?
Pierre.

Sorry, not yet. And currently I have little time to play around. Perhaps someone else can try.

I tried to crop few times, adjust..., undo, redo, then rotate, undo and then flip horizontal - result - about 20 sec. of freezing, then a GPF. I can't reproduce it either. It's not the exactly after undo/redo, but it's also not the first GPF with 1.93, others have been reported by me earlier.

Could you tell me exactly the way to reproduce it?

But I can't reproduce it (as I said). :(

I tried the same steps, but it was working good.
