Three minor things

Hi!

I thought I'd contribute some minor suggestions that came up to my mind the last couple of weeks. ^^

- Thumbnail View: If "Show hidden files and folders" is turned off, also ignore hidden files when creating the folder thumbnails. It's inconsistent the way it is now.

- Thumbnail View: Better resampling of image(s) on a folder thumbnail. It looks like simple point resize at the moment and is really weird. With 4 images on a folder, it isn't as noticable, since pictures are so small, but when using just 1 folder image, it heavily shows the bad resampling quality with pixaled, broken lines and stuff.

- Folder ToolTip: At the moment it defaults to folder name followed by some kind of date. Could it be made configurable too, just like with files?
