Performance problem

Post by MiLei »

First of all, XnView is a really great program, but i have a small problem:

When i change a folder, then i see on the right side of the status bar, that the program ist doing something (refreshing the thumbnails?). This is normally no problem, but it prevents the program showing pdf-files in the browser. To view pdf-files i have to wait until xnview has finished its "work" or i must push the "ESC"-Key to finish this "work" immediately.

Then it is no problem to see the pdf-files in the browser.

Do you have any suggestions to stop this "automatic"? (i don't need thumbnails or anything like that)

You have this problem when you want to view a pdf file in browser-preview?
Do you use AFPL ghostscript?
