nconvert: -rotate 1.8 == -rotate 1.0 ?

WhatsNew.txt, XnView v1.20 (LIBFORMAT v3.00) 26/06/2001:
"Changed: degree for rotate in nconvert are now float values"

But the outcome of -rotate 1.8 and -rotate 1.0 is identical when using nconvert 4.92. Am I missing something, or is this the result of an integer conversion?
