"MSVCR71.dll was not found"

After installing Xnview 1.93.4, everytime startup, a message "This application has failed to start because MSVCR71.dll was not found. Reinsalling the application may fix the problem. The program them starts up but everytime has to responds to the annoying message. I've try download reinstall number of times, but nothing can help. Anyone can suggest a way to get rid of the problem?
