how to post a screenshot here?

i have a screenshot illustrating an issue i'm having with xnview/nconvert.
how can i attach it with my post? if it's not possible, what's a good
alternative? the screenshot makes an otherwise vague issue very clear.

Try imageshack (http://imageshack.us/), I even think you can use it without registering. Upload your image and copy the URL you get in return. Use that URL here for showing your image.

thanks, Troken. i actually set up a flickr account yesterday to do
this. in some posts by others, though, the screenshot appears in the
post directly. when i posted my flickr url, it just appeared as a clickable
link. do i have to apply some kind of code tags around the link to get
the image to appear directly?
