B3: Ignore alpha channel does not appear to work

Checked General\Ignore alpha channel in options and opened a 32-bit BMP. Tried to save as JPEG without doing anything else and resulted in a completely white JPEG file.

EDIT: Restarting the program appears to have fixed the problem, so it just needs to be noted that it requires program restart or something.

I can't confirm, this option works when i load the file without restarting it

Hmm... I can't either...

Not even uninstalling and reinstalling an older version does it.

Oh well - if nobody else gets the random issue, then I guess it's all for the best.
