1.93.6: Right Mouse+Wheel zooms but opens context menu

When using the mouse button combination: Right down + Mouse wheel, the context menu appears when releasing the right mouse button.

To reproduce:
1.) Open an image
2.) Press right mouse button and keep it pressed.
3.) Use mouse wheel to zoom in or out.
4.) Release the right mouse button
--> The context menu will be opened.

Whenever zooming is used, the context menu should not open when releasing the mouse button. Also, the mouse cursor might change to magnifying glass in this special zoom "mode".

It's a known (and very old) issue - only in edit mode (viewer, fullscreen), it works good in browser fullscreen. Therefore also the other shortcuts have been added (left button+wheel).
