XnShellExt: Warning when uploading image to ImageShack

Post by helmut »

In the latest version 2.30 of XnShellExt uploading an image has become really simply: Right click, select "Send to ImageShack", confirm message box. Done.

That's very simple and handy, but I think there should be some warning:
ImageShack and other services are nice, but for all I know you grant various rights to ImageShack when uploading an image. From my point of view there should be some warning text that give a hint in this direction.

That would be nice.

What are the precise rules for ImageShack addon? Sending the file is not available in right click menu on PNG files, but it is present on JPEG files. In XnView it is possible to send both types...

Btw there is a dialog window displayed when I choose to send image to ImageShack (same as when in XnView itself) - yes/no/don't ask me again.

Hmm, by the "rules" I meant basically the program behavior - i.e. what type/size/etc. of images is possible to upload via ShellEx. Whether it is a feature that it is possible to send only JPEG via ShellEx or ommision.
