How to remove the title bar when making a .SCR/EXE ?

Hi all,

If I create a slide show and check the "No Title Bar" tickbox, I still seem to get the title bar. Is there any way I can prevent this as I just want to create
an on-screen image with a thin border.

I'm using version 1.93.6

When you create the EXE, you choose fullscreen and you have a title bar???

Ah! No, in full screen there is no title bar, but if I choose a small window (say 300x300) then I get a title bar.
