Slideshow not showing in full screen

I don't know where this problem originates so i'll start here.

I make a slideshow in full screen....it will play on my computer in full screen.
When I mail it to a second computer the recipient will not get a full screen version.
The pictures will be about 5" x 7" surrounded by a border.
To correct this they have to:
right click slideshow/properties/compatability/display settings/run in 640 x 480 screen res......on each individual slideshow.
ALL OS's are Win XP

please enlighten me.

In exe, xnview resize picture...
