FileProps dialog - no Ctrl-Tab/PgDn(Up) kbd nav.

FileProperties dialog (Alt-Enter) currently has no support for ultra-handy standard GUI keystrokes Ctrl-Tab / Ctrl-PgUp(PgDn) which should switch dialog's pages ('tabs').

p.s. btw, it'd be great for dialog's caption bar to have the File's name (e.g. Properties - filename)

p.p.s. remembering fileproperties dialog's on-screen position IMO would also be great (of course there should be an internal check against current monitor's dimension so that saved XYpos fits the screen
