A convenient way to replay the voice memos in the background

Post by Wizard-mag »

I would be grateful if anything like a convenient way to replay the voice memo belonging to a given picture in the background (while viewing the picture) would be added, assuming that the WAV file's name is the same as that of the picture file, except for having a WAV extension instead of JPEG, or RAW for that matter (as most cameras tend to name them).

For example as an item in the menus in the View and Fullscreen mode and as a shortcut. It would be really cool if one could replay the voice memo in the background while viewing the picture by pressing a key, or at least pressing a button. Or if you want to keep it low-key and not have it garble up the interface, it could be added just as a command assignable to a button in the View mode, possibly also in the Browser mode. But keeping the keyboard shortcut, or allowing for some way to configure the shortcut, would be really good, as it would enable one to replay the memo even in the Fullscreen mode, though browsing this forum I guess there are much more popular keyboard shortcut suggestions, so I reckon that just a button would be great given the realities.

Generally, I have seen quite a few people using voice memos to capture their thought about the photos taken, so it might be quite popular.
