Save/Load Search Result lists

Post by roytam1 »

I think XnView should have ability for saving search result into a list file (maybe in m3u liked style will be great) and loading list file back to search result window, just like what Windows Vista do.

Hello,
I support your suggestion (export or import function to or from a files list).

It's already possible, but quite difficult !
Tools\search\ ...your criteria ... search
Browse
Select all (or tag all, for information: tag is a kind of temporary category)
Create\file listing ... (then save the list)

To "load", you can create a new category, and put the result of your search into this category

Yes it is possible but not user friendly enough.
