Reqst: Defined thumb label schemas in toolbar dropdown

For various tasks, it would be useful to have different combinations of thumbnail labels displayed, based on the nature of the task.

This request is has 2 parts:

• 1. A means to save named thumb-label-layouts (via a UI control in the label definition dialog, for instance).
  
  2. A toolbar combo box to quickly select from a list of the saved thumb-label-layouts and apply them to the current thumbs.

This could be considered a part of the broader approach to modular configuration partly discussed here.
