CD/DVD thumbnail caching

Is thumbnail caching for images or videos on CDs and DVDs available? I mean, if two CDs contain the same folders, how does XnView differentiate between them? Suppose there are two clip-art CDs (or DVDs for that matter) that both contain clipart in an \images folder: when you insert the first, the D:\images folder is added to the cache (D: is the CD/DVD drive letter); what does it happen when you insert the second one with the same D:\images folder but a different content (and maybe same file names)?
