Thumbnail refreshing issues

[Dreamer]

- disable thumbnail caching
- use the thumbnail view
- go to the folder with 100+ images
- go to image 50 for example
- press Ctrl+R to refresh/reload the thumbnails

#1 = currently visible thumbnails should be refreshed first, but it doesn't work - it works only if you click any visible thumbnail

#2 = focus of the current file is lost - if you press Right key, it's changed to the first item

XnView 1.95.3, Windows Vista 32 bit.
