v0.12 Win32 (minor): Tree Pane->Vertical tabs wording

Open a browser tab.

1. Select #2 (for instance)

2. Show the tree pane

3. Toggle View->Tree Pane->Vertical tabs

Xnview only moves the tabs to the bottom or top of the folder pane, never to the side (ie. never vertical in Layout 2).

Same thing happens in Layout 5, for instance.

That menu command should probably just cycle the folder tabs position to all four borders of the tree panel, in sequence.

Also, a simple rewording of the menu item to "Position" (instead of "Vertical") would suffice to match all layouts and positions.
