Problem with "sort by"

Hello everyone
I'm a Chinese, so some of my folder named by chinese.
When I sort by "name", the sequence of the folders are different with windows explorer and acdsee.
How could I change it to be same with windows explorer?

Could you post screenshot of windows explorer & xnview?
