The Shell Extension needs a customizable file size limit so that if a file is under 1Mb it gets previewed but if it's over 1Mb it does not.
Preset values should be 1Mb and 2Mb as well as a custom value input field.

Yes, large files take too long to process...
Esp. 2 or 3Mb PDF files using Ghostscript.

No support for PDF's through the Shell Extension has to go completely. It's way too much of a drag on system resources. If something isn't done soon, I'll use SageThumbs instead (a 10Mb PDF nearly locked my machine up)
