GPF when viewing EXIF from Casio QV-R51

As a photographer, it would be handy for XnView to support the Nikon MakerNote EXIF field - Nikon cameras store ISO and other attributes in the MakerNote, despite standard fields being available for them to use. Here is a little more information:

XnView crash when I try view any EXIF from Casio QV-R51 too.
