No multiple view for same file memory leak

There's a memory leak when using "No multiple view for same file" option. Every time when trying to open file that is already open, XnView seems to load the image in memory again.

Reproduce:

1. Enable No multiple view for same file setting in options.
2. Open any image in XnView. (With big files the leak is more noticeable)
3. Open the image again with XnView browser as many times as you need.
   (There's no leak when opening the image outside from XnView)
   And monitor XnView memory usage.
