ShellEx: keywords

1. pressing enter on the keyboard should add a keyword to the list (just like the add button does) instead of writing to the file, which is time consuming especially for large pictures

2. a warning message should prompt to write in case one closes the window in error before saving

3. ordering keywords (moving up and down in the list) and inserting new keywords in any position of the list

4. editing the saved .ipt files without having to attach to a picture
