-shear option (how to use it)

I want to use -shear option but forum search didn't help neither the readme type documents with commandline tool nconvert.

Can anyone please provide me the exact commandline example?

There are no other parameters known than e.g.: nconvert -shear image.tiff

Right, just like in XnView's Shear under "Filter > Effects... > Effects > Shear", which doesn't take any parameters, either.
