v0.12 Linux (Ubuntu 8.10): Rename [F2] not working.

Post by etrash2000 »

Renaming files with F2 do not work with certain characters:
The problem seems that the keyboard shortcuts have precedence over normal text writing when renaming.
This problem should also apply to other plattforms.

[space]: Names containing spaces can not be written as the old name is displayed when [space] is pressed.
- : Names with the character "-" can not be written as this changes the preview size instead of writing the correct character.
+ : Names with the character "+" can not be written as this changes the preview size instead of writing the correct character.
T : Names with the capital character "T" can not be written as this key is connected to some other function [Tag view].
m : Names with the capital character "m" can not be written as this key is connected to some other function [Mask].
[Del] : Deletes file instead of deleting character.
[Up] : Not a bug but unexpected behavior when renaming a file.
[Down] : Not a bug but unexpected behavior when renaming a file.
[Home] : Not a bug but unexpected behavior when renaming a file.
[End] : Not a bug but unexpected behavior when renaming a file.
