Don't load image preview if the preview is not visible

I use layout 3, with preview and properties tabs (EXIF, properties, IPTC etc.).

Mostly I want to maximize the properties tabs so that the preview is not visible (minimized). But when I jump between images, it seems that the preview is loaded first, then secondly the properties tabs get updated. For large images, it can get slow, even though there is no preview on screen. My suggestion is:

1. Change order so that the properties tabs are updated before the preview.
2. Turn off preview update when the preview field has been minimized (so that the properties tabs get updated instantly).
