Overwrite dialog: Unclear focus

Hi,

when I change an image and want to save it, I get the overwrite dialog. There, it is not clear which button has the focus as "yes" has a dotted line and "no" has a thick border.

When you press TAB, the focus goes from "yes" to "no" and now the "no" button has a dotted line and a thick border. Should be this way right away.
