When you set the capture to take the snapshot after a certain delay (tried with the defaul 5 sec), even if you uncheck the box saying to minimize XnView, the program gets minimized the same as soon as you start the capture by clicking OK.
Using a shortcut to start the capture (tried with the F9, F10) then if you uncheck the option to minimize XnView, the program correctly remains in maximized.

Confirmed. I think that's a bug, XnView should only minimize if "Hide XnView" is checked.
