Thumbnails with wrong size

When displaying thumbnails, sometimes the thumbnails of images with embedded thumbnails are not displayed properly in size:

As you can see in the image above, the four thumbnails at the top have a wrong size. When using "Rebuild thumbnails" everything is o.k.. Thumbnail size chosen is 92x69 pixels. Looks as if there is a problem with displaying embedded thumbnails.

A minor display problem, still annoying...

Thanks for the links, XnTriq. Even admins should use the forum search, first.

I've deleted the thumbnail cache completely and will post if the problem still occurs.
