Convert with nconvert failes

Post by henkel1111 »

Hello,

converting sff-files to pdf works with the fullversion of xnview perfectly.
when using "C:\Programme\XnView\nconvert.exe -out pdf \\server\MCF_123456789.fax"
it produces an pdf wich is 600mm wide - not the original DIN A4-size at all.
and it only has black and white dots... same result with tiff, jpeg, etc.

can anybody help me???

hello pierre,

thanks a lot for your help. but after restarting the computer even the
preview of the original fax-file in xnview is broken. it seems to me that
there is not an problem with nconvert but with the whole installation of xnview.

each fax-file is displayed more than ten times wider than it should be!
do you have any ideas??
