Crash to deskop scanning to PDF

Hi. I normally use Irfanview to scan directly to multipage TIFF. No problems at all.
Yesterday I tried XnView Scan to.. PDF and it crashed to desktop without warning after scanning the first page.

Have anyone experienced the same behaviour?

i have no problem, if you scan into TIFF, you have a crash too?
