OS X 10.3.9 Install Problem

Has anybody successfully installed MP v0.12 on OS X 10.3.9? After installation I get an error that tells me I can't open the application because it may be damaged or incomplete. I have installed it on 10.5.7 successfully, but I really would like to have it on my other machine as well.
