I have TIF, 1 bit, b/w, 400 DPI, Group 4 compression. (285 kB)
Then I use batch-jobs to "add a text" (black color) - I get a 24 bit TIF, LZW compression, - 4300 kB
Only when I add a conversion "set all to black" I get again a 1 bit tif with 290 kB.
And the conversion from 285 to 4300 to 290 kB takes time ...
Question:
How can I add a black text to a black/white 1 bit tif without producing a 24 bit TIF?
Regards
Peter

Currently it's not possible. 'Add text' convert always the picturePeter2 wrote: How can I add a black text to a black/white 1 bit tif without producing a 24 bit TIF?
