MNG support broke

Don't know exactly when it happened, but MNG files displayed perfectly fine in v1.95.3 (which is not too old),
but wouldn't work in current v1.96.2

I'd appreciate if others could confirm, or clarify at which versions it works or not.

• I cannot confirm, your sample works like a charm here in 1.96.2 as animated !
- But still, I have an old MNG DLL (in the <Plugins> sub-folder) :

Yeah, turns out libmng.dll was missing.

Sorry about that. Works fine now.

XnView v1.96.5 & v1.97 beta 2 + libmng.dll @ Windows 2000: Playback of pnglogo-grr-anim-lc.mng works fine, but the thumbnail is all black.
