How can I open with no toolbar when clicking on a picture

I have xnview as the default viewer so when I click on any pictures without having xnview open it opens in Xnview full screen, just the picture and no the toolbar. I want the picture to open full screen with no toolbar and keep it that way when browsing moving pageup and pagedown so that the toolbar appears only when pressing ESC key. I have checked open in full screen option.
