"Save changed file" dialog should be tightened up

The "Save changed file" dialog is a bit sloppy right now and could use some tightening up. Here's what I've noticed:

1. The dialog is too tall. Notice the large empty space between the question at the top and the "Never ask again" text.
2. The dialog is too wide. The 3 buttons have way too much space in between them.
