v.21 [linux] Trash folders not used
'use recycle bin' isn't moving anything to standard "Trash" folders (assuming that is where they are wanted).
Re: v.21 [linux] Trash folders not used
Hi,
in v.26 [Linux, Ubuntu 10.4] it is still the same. Will it be supported in one of the next versions?

/home/$USER/.local/share/Trash/files/
(~/.local/share/Trash/files/)
Code: Select all
~/.local/share/Trash/files/
... file1.txt
... file2.png
... FOLDER1
... file3.jpg
... file4.gz
... FOLDER2
... filen.deb

Re: v.21 [linux] Trash folders not used
V.32 Linux / Ubuntu 10.10: Using the Trash for files works fine. For folders it does not work. Was this intended?
By the way, v.32 is great
It's much faster and more stable than last version.
Thanks

This bug still persist (for folders only) under XnViewMP 0.51 (linux version)
This is dangerous if a lot of pictures were stored into this deleted folder, without a backup (even if "confirm file delete" is checked).
So, into Tool/Settings/General/File Operations/ use "Recycle bin" for folders too.

Edit: same "severe bug" with:
