MP 0.21 Win: Fullscreen thumbstrip issue

When displaying an image full screen from a view tab, the full screen thumbstrip thumbs are not rendered.

To reproduce:

1. Open a browser
2. Display an image full screen (I use middle-click)
3. Display the thumbstrip
4. Observe thumbs
5. Close full screen
6. View an image
7. Enable full screen on that image (I use middle-click)
8. Display the thumbstrip
9. Observe that the thumbs are not rendered (only icons)
