MP 0.21 Win - Rotate toolbar buttons -preview is not updated

Lots of problems with rebuild thumbs and preview update after rotation.

To reproduce (0.21 Win):

(Place rotation icons on browser toolbar first)
(Options -> Use embedded thumbnail OFF)

1. Select a thumb
2. Click a rotate button
3. Observe: Thumbnail image disappears (replaced by icon)
4. Observe: Preview does not update
5. Navigate out of folder
6. Navigate back into folder
7. Select previously rotated thumb (from No. 1, above)
7. Observe: thumbnail shows unrotated image
9. Observe: Preview displays rotated image correctly
10. Select View->Rebuild thumbnails
11. Observe: Thumbnail image disappears (replaced by icon)
12. Navigate out of folder
13. Navigate back into folder
14. Observe: Thumbnail shows incorrect unrotated image

I found only toolbar buttons, they are working, but preview is not auto-updated

Preview is not updated???

It's not automatically updated, Refresh doesn't work either, preview is updated only when I select another thumbnail and then select the old thumbnail.
