SlideShow - Create Video - Framerate

I have just been trying to create an XviD - AVI video from a slide show. This in itself work great and does what it says on the tin.

The one feature I can't find anywhere is the setting of the frame rate for the video clip. It always creates it at 25fps. I need to create it at different frame rates depending on what I am going to show the video on. Sometimes 25fps, sometimes 30fps.

Does this feature exist ?
If not, then I would like to suggest that it is added to the already extensive feature list in XnView.
