Change exif date/time in CR2 (Canon RAW, 50D)

Hi guys,

Can I change the exif date/times (taken, digitized and modified) in RAW files (specifically CR2 from a Canon 50D) using the 'change timestamp'? I tried, but it didn't work. It only changed the file date/time. Works like a charm on jpeg, though.
