Bug in NEF

My nef files from my 16-85mm and 105 macro on a D90 sometimes have <F-Number> displaying eg
-1.16
-9.6
-11.6
but sometimes showing correctly in other pics

I know the -11.6 was f/16
duno the others.

It's fixed in 1.97b3

that fix is good, but another thing, ISO Lo1 etc are not being displayed correctly.
I would guess Hi1 etc also the same.
