File Associations are NOT working on Windows 7

dear developer,

please check on Windows 7 if file associations and Xnview file icons are being registered on Windows 7 because when I used I could not get them to work.

Maybe it was UAC? But I currently cannot check this issue right now sine I installed Windows 7 and went back to Vista for a while but I just wanted to raise this issue just for your own analysis.

I've tried and no problem to set/unset file associations...

budz45, it's not just you

I am also having similar issue here. Sometimes the changes you make to file associations don't stick next time you launch XnView. I'm guessing Its a problem with UAC. Shouldn't the app ask for admin permission so it could make changes to registry when users change the options in file association?
